WordPress Upgrade

I have upgraded wordpress to the latest version. Everything works fine but I am having problems with the Visual user-interface when posting articles. Somehow, I only have the Bold, Italic, Page break, Spellcheck and the Help icon. The image and the hyperlink icon are gone.

  1. I just reuploaded everything except the /content directory and now the buttons are back. I figured that it was probably my unstable internet connection that caused the files not getting uploaded properly.

  2. the butons are back but im having problems with the pop-up menus like Insert Hyperlink. i get the pop-up but cant close or even save the changes.
