I have upgraded wordpress to the latest version. Everything works fine but I am having problems with the Visual user-interface when posting articles. Somehow, I only have the Bold, Italic, Page break, Spellcheck and the Help icon. The image and the hyperlink icon are gone.

Today is Richell’s birthday. She is 22 I think. Tomorrow we will be at her place to have a little party. Hopefully beer will bless us.

First day of work for this week. Bored. Just like last week and the week before that. That was the time I started to listen to Chronix Agression. They stream Adema, Ill Niño and other bands in the same genre. I was listening to Pearl Jam before that. I don’t know what happened. And I do not know what is wrong. I am busy — I am the team lead for this month, but still I am bored. There is something definitely missing. Maybe I need a break — I need the beach.

The feeling is like wanting something but not knowing what it is…

What makes you smile?

Beer makes a lot people smile. The effect of looking at cute puppies with watery eyes, i think, is the same with beer — minus the alcohol and the calories. That explains why I like beer. When people like to smile chances are, they’d do beer too.

Money makes you smile. But money does not last forever. We spend it with friends, family and on beer. The effect of money on people is like alcohol in your bloodstream. You feel the “happiness” it brings temporarily, then it gives you a hang-over. So the more money you have, the more beer you can buy thus the heavier the hang-over.

Friends make you smile. But who are really your friends? Can you tell your friends what you trully feel about a person? Will you trust your friend with your life? Will you let your friend know your deepest and darkest secret? And does your friend really know who you are? Friends are also like beer. You don’t really know the ingredients of beer just like you don’t who your real friends are. Sure, the more friends you have, the merrier. But the more beer you will have, the heavier the hang-over because friends are like beer.

Chix make you smile, hence they are like puppies. Puppies are like beer, so chix are also beer. It is always good to see someone who is easy on the eyes. We are only human. Men are human. And men are naturally attracted to sexy women — just like they are attracted to ice cold beer. To the ladies, if your guy looks at woman who is hotter than you, just think of your guy having a bottle of beer. Do not get angry or bitch-slap him. After all, it is only beer. And it is only one bottle. It does not mean that you are not hot (a cold beer), it just means that your guy wants to feast his senses on colder beer (hotter women).

Today started out lazy. I woke up at around 7AM and then stayed in bed until 8AM. God I hate Mondays.

OMFG! Someone viewed my blog! Hehe! There are google ads - but I’m not allowed to say anything here that would make people click on them. Stuff like “Please click on the banner” and “Please support this site by clicking on ads” are not allowed. So, I’m just going to keep my mouth shut about them.

Work

I didn’t have much to do at work today. No internet connection. Do you know how hard it is to code PHP without php.net? haha! I have grown so dependent of it. However, I managed to read a book today. Yes, a book! Those things that you flip over, page after page looking at pictures (may it be nudity or cartoons — haha magazine) — hehe! seriously, I could only read PHP books. Other books are like sleeping pills for me. I go through a couple of pages then my eyes start drop then my head swings back and forth. Before you know, I’m asleep!

Getting Fat

Since my lifestyle is becoming unhealthy, I texted my officemates last night that we go jogging today. We went to Cempark to do 1 round. I must admit, I feel a bit healthy — no stress. A good way to release all those alcohol I have been accumulating for the past few days. hehe! Grabe, when I arrived home, daku kaayo ug kaon. Fried eggs kick ass.
Now, I’m here sitting my lazy ass — working on the side-work. If I did this sa America, pwede nako mag-minyo. hehe! This is a public blog, I only post happy thoughts here (see the big smile?)

Happy Easter everyone. Don’t have much time these days. Short and lazy posts
Tomorrow I work. It has been a long vacation. Hurray for Catholic countries for celebrating Easter one week ahead! (Do other Catholic countries do this? Or is it just us lazy-ass Filipinos?) If you haven’t been informed, we just moved to a new office. It is better than the old one. It’s bigger (not as big as i have expected though), its cooler, and the floors are tiled! *jumps with joy* and we now have our own comfort room!!! one for peeing and one for dumping everything else that doesn’t come out in front… hehe!

Hopefully, our internet connection will be better — internet connection == good location. The new office is behind UC Banilad near Ginza. Our new chairs suck. I get ass-cramps when I sit on it for an hour or so. I wanted those ergonomic chairs. I have a sensitive back, if it starts to ache again, I’m buying my own chair!

I will be assigned to a new project this week. I do not know the specs yet, but I hope it would be a little bit challenging. There is nothing worse than waiting for 7PM and getting bored — when I get bored all I seem to do is stuff food in my mouth. haha!

I have added a Subscribe-thingy found at the right side. They say it is supposed to bring more hits to this blog — i say it doesn’t hurt to try, so subscribe now or else (di na ta migo/miga). I also placed a link to Sam’s Blog. she calls it hodgypodgysam – i have no idea what that means. must be some kind of writer-lingo or something. she writes long stuff. plus points! hehe!

I’m listening to Pearl Jam (see previous post). Im bringing my PC to work tomorrow to transfer 135 Pearl Jam songs. w00tness. Can’t wait for Tuesday!
