Another new look. Still in table-less CSS. We are still fixing some bugs on the site. I think the bugs are bearable. I will find time within this week to fix the bugs. There are bugs in the comment page, but you will be still able to add comment. I have tested the new CSS layout in Firefox(mostly) and in Internet Explorer. In Opera, it should be viewable.
