Pearl Jam makes me wish that i was older so that i could appreciate their music earlier. I never get tired of listening to their music. I am listening to Betterman right now. Good song. This is one of those songs that me and my officemate Dani talk about when it plays.

Their tunes make you close your eyes and just listen. Evenflow, Alive, Daughter, Black and Dissedent are on the top of my list — that goes for all the rock bands combined.

What a waste of talent. I’m not into rap, but nevertheless.

Detroit rapper Proof, a longtime friend of Eminem, was shot to death early Tuesday at an after-hours nightclub.

Proof, seen here at the 2004 MTV Europe Music Awards, was among Detroit’s most renowned battle rappers.
Dennis Dennehy, a publicist for Interscope Records, announced the death of the rapper in a statement.

“Memorial service arrangements are still being made, and his friends and family would appreciate privacy during this difficult time,” he said.

The 32-year-old Proof, whose real name is Deshaun Holton, was a member of the D12 rap collective and was best man at hit rapper Eminem’s wedding in January.
