A man serving life sentence wants a sex change

Now this is something new for me. A man who is serving a life sentence for the death of his is suing the state for a sex change. He claims to suffer from gender identity disorder since at the age of 3. He already has long hair and laser surgery to remove hair. He even has breasts from hormone treatments.

Is it just me or is he just lucky for getting all those stuff for free? And now a sex change? How much would that cost? And would the people want to pay for his vagina? He should come and visit the over-crowded prisons here in the Philippines where it is very rare for the inmates to have a good meal everyday.
